5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements or service contracts. Generally:

  • Projects typically require a deposit before work begins
  • Remaining payments are due according to the agreed schedule
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts

6. Project Terms and Deliverables

6.1 Project Scope

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and requirements will be defined in individual project agreements. Any changes to the scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

6.2 Revisions and Changes

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our project quotes. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new quote.

6.3 Project Completion

Projects are considered complete when all deliverables have been provided and approved by the client. Final payment is due upon project completion.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To collect or track the personal information of others
  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
